Cleaning during the event must be booked in advance. Waste transport away from the venue is not included as standard.

Planning access and venue handover
A successful cleanup starts with a clear schedule. Before the visit, we confirm when the team can enter, which areas are included and when cleaning needs to be completed.

For cleaning after a late finish, include the date and time when cleaners can enter. We’ll confirm team availability before booking.

Tasks outside standard event cleaning
These tasks are not included in standard event cleaning and should not be assumed to be available:
- Catering, food handling, serving staff, security or event management.
- Event setup, decoration, technical production or dismantling.
- Heavy lifting or moving event structures.
- Specialist floor treatment, polishing, carpet or upholstery extraction.
- Pest control or external high-rise window cleaning.
- Pressure washing.
- Hazardous, medical or chemical-waste handling.
- Transport of waste away from the venue.
- Supply or restocking of washroom consumables unless agreed separately.
