Supply of liners, toilet tissue, soap and other consumables is included only when agreed. The service does not include off-site waste transport, heavy construction debris or hazardous waste handling.
A cleaning schedule that fits your building
An entrance used throughout the day may need more frequent attention than a quiet corridor. We plan the cleaning rounds around your building’s use rather than apply the same schedule to every floor.
Regular cleaning
Daily, weekly or other agreed visits for the communal spaces that need ongoing care. The plan sets out which tasks are done on each visit and which need less frequent attention.
Periodic deep cleaning
A more detailed visit for built-up dirt and reachable areas that need extra time. This can be arranged alongside regular cleaning, with the additional tasks listed separately.
One-off cleaning
A single clean before a handover, after a busy period or when a shared space is being brought back into use. Tell us about any work still taking place and the date the space is needed.
Access times are agreed with your building contact before booking. Let us know about security passes, lift reservations, restricted areas and busy periods that the team should work around.
Building cleaning prices in Dubai
There is no single price that fits every building. The amount of shared floor space, number of washrooms, current condition and frequency of visits all affect the cleaning time and team needed.
Price per visit
Rate per cleaner per hour × hours per cleaner × number of cleaners
This calculation applies when the cleaners work the same number of hours. If the visit uses different shifts or team sizes, we add the agreed hours for each cleaner to calculate the total. For recurring cleaning, the quote also states the number of visits included in the billing period.
Send us the areas you want cleaned, approximate size, preferred frequency and any access restrictions. We’ll confirm the rate, expected duration, team size and total before you approve the job. Extra work is priced separately when it is added to the plan.
Before the first cleaning visit

Cleaning covers the accepted surface-cleaning tasks. Repairs, pest treatment, internal AC duct cleaning, specialist carpet or upholstery extraction and exterior or high-access glass are outside this service.
