A cleaning plan for your JBR apartment
A home you live in every day needs a different plan from an apartment being prepared for new guests. Tell us how the property is used and which areas need attention, so the visit focuses on the work that matters to you.
Floors, balcony doors and accessible tracks
If sand or dust is collecting around entrances, balcony doors or sliding tracks, point this out when requesting your quote. We’ll confirm the level of cleaning needed and whether those areas are included. Balcony cleaning and window cleaning should be agreed separately where required.
Regular visits or a more detailed clean
Regular cleaning helps with everyday upkeep. If the apartment has been empty, recently had a busy period or needs attention beyond routine cleaning, send a few photos of the areas concerned. This helps us assess whether to allow for a deeper clean.
Preparing for the next guest
Share the previous guest’s check-out time and the next arrival time. Mention the number of beds and bathrooms, and whether clean linen or guest supplies will be available. Linen changes, laundry and restocking are included only when agreed in advance.
Check your JBR building and preferred time
Send your cluster and tower name, apartment size and preferred date. Include the tower number where available so we can check the correct address and plan the visit.
